Step 1: (ATTACHED TO ORDER) Review the article provided about what defines an organization and synthesize the idea of innovation, change, and resistance in the context of this systems process. Summarize your responses and support your observations and analysis, to include your perception of what change, innovation, and creativity are in an organization. Begin by examining your own capacity to be creative and innovative and approach you to take personally and professionally.
