In this week’s assignment, you will conduct independent research in which you will examine two relevant change management theories (one of which should be Kotter’s 8 step theory). Provide a brief summary of each theory (3-4 paragraphs) describing the strengths and weaknesses of each theory. Then, choose one real world organization and how the organization applied your theory of choice and critique their overall approach and outcome.
