You have the flexibility to identify any such examples in your organisation case study.

“Managing Capacity is the most tricky part of Operations Management”
This section is about discussing specifically how your organisation manages capacity.
Is Managing Capacity straightforward – i.e. are forecasts reliable/predictable – to enable accurate capacity planning?
When there is variation in demand – how does your organisation case study adjust capacity when required?

Part C:
“Collate all your findings about the organisation and draw concrete conclusions and draw some recommendations for the organisation”
This section is looking for you to summarise your key findings.
Based on your findings, you can make some recommendations for the future – improvement suggestions etc.
