Chosen construction enterprise is: LendleaseIn your report discuss and comment on 5 areas -include all in your report: (1) What markets (type of work, geographic location or type of client) your selected company participates in and why these markets are valuable; (2) Identify major clients they engage and why these customers are valuable to your selected company; (3) Identify your selected company’s supply chains and why they have selected this mix of logistical sources; (4) List the risks to its business including its projects and what ways they manage those risks; (5) How it measures business and project success and why they use those measures. Lastly, you must offer your opinion on what improvements the company should consider to better lead and manage each of these five areas. Minimum of 1,000 words of your own -maximum is 2,000.
