Selection Criteria
Inclusion and Exclusion
Referring children to the needed services that will benefit them in terms of growth. Others such siblings of the person served must be included in counseling to assist the person served at home. Exclusion must be that, whoever is committing this abuse should be ordered to stay away from the person served. And in some cases, referred to foster homes.
Rationale
The rationale behind this is to include and not further take away children from families but to provide the necessary tools. By so doing, it bridges the gap of family separation and reduces the option of harming children.
Evidence of Practice effectiveness
Descriiption
The evidence-based practice would be offering psychotherapy, counseling, education and rehabilitation services. It can be done in school setting or outside places suitable for the service. It can be done 3x in week for 30 minutes to an hour depending of the severity of the case.

Services such as psychotherapy, rehabilitation breaks down the pieces of the information needed to assist in diagnosing the client.
Discussion and Recommendations
With the help of the professional involve in assisting the client, and achievable goal should be set in improving the life of the client. Consistency of service provision must be followed to build trust. Mandatory checkups of clients in high risk surrounding from agencies to clients. Again, educating and following guide lines to all persons involved.
