This is is a group project. My part is highlighted in the attached document names “Research Paper” and the case study is also attached. In our group we talked about expanding our partnerships within the community – basically asking more from our van partner and our school partner. We would like to add vans so we can transport people to and from the clinics. We would like to expand the school partnership in three ways: 1) by allowing people to ride the school buses to and from the school-based clinics, and 2) expand the school clinic idea into additional schools, and 3) possibly use the school buses to transport patients.
