Specifically, the students should: Identify the political and organisational context in which change is required, Identify and critically examine the rationale for the proposed change, Discuss and examine the proposed change, Examine who is affected by the proposed change, and how, Drawing on theories of change, critically examine how the proposed change could be implemented, Provide a critical analysis of the anticipated challenges, if any, which could impact on the implementation of the proposed change.
