Read Case Study #5 and provide further analyses. You will write a 2–3 page case study analysis from the perspective of a higher education leader or an administrator. For each analysis, you will: Identify an underlying legal issue and describe legal principles pertaining to the case
Describe how this problem should be addressed with respect to underlying legal considerations (i.e., what questions, factors, and circumstances must be considered for the solution to be reached). Keep in mind that most case studies do not include sufficient information for reaching an objective and legally sound solution. Thus, your response must identify and explain the legal and other factors that must be considered for the decision to be reached). In other words, if you were a university official tasked with handling the problem, what questions, factors, and legal regulations would guide your decision-making process (do not use the first person in answering these questions).
Provide a rationale for your arguments citing the appropriate resources (class or other credible materials) and at least one relevant legal case.
