Pay close attention to the main character’s, Charlie’s, behavior, functional performance, and the contexts to use as the subject for this paper. Charlie’s diagnosis is PTSD. The purpose of this paper is to facilitate clinical reasoning in the initial phases of assessment and to understand how contexts impact mental health. Answer the question: Use the “OCAIRS: Occupational Circumstances- Assessment Interview and Rating Scale” in order to gain further information regarding Charlies functional skills and limitations.
