Complete a literary Analysis using the writing process. Research and defend thesis/controlling idea. Assignment Expository Literary Analysis Your assignment is to write an analytical paper. You must use the writing process to create your paper. This paper should be 3-5 pages in length. The assignment is to analyze any selection from the writer, Anne Bradstreet. Anne Bradstreet can be considered as one of the first American feminists. Do you agree with this statement? Discuss how she combines Puritan and feminist sensibilities in her poetry. An effective audience analysis. An effective thesis statement. Effective transitions. An introduction paragraph, body paragraphs that support the points in the thesis, and an effective conclusion. Specific, documented textual evidence must be present in each body paragraph that supports both the topic sentence and the thesis of the paper. At least 3 outside sources in addition to the textbook. This means you will have at least 4 sources total documented on both the Works Cited and inside the text. All sources must be properly cited (MLA style only) within the text as well as properly cited on a Works Cited page. Deliverables (Paper’s minimum requirments) Analytical paper 3-5 pages using MLA style.
