Search for credible online news sources to find background or supporting information about the company or about the international market where it competes. Using this supporting information and your textbook (Ketchen & Short, 2020), identify the conditions (demand, factor, etc.) that helped create the situation. How well has the company coped? If you were in charge, what would you do to help solve the situation? Would a Blue Ocean strategy (Kim & Mauborgne, 2014) help? How likely is it that the company can succeed? Why?
