Sensory problems: Touch, Pain/Temperature, Proprioception/Kinesthesia, Fine Discrimination (Stereognosis, 2-point discrimination, Graphesthesia) c. Perceptual problems: Form Constancy, Spatial Relationships, Praxis, Figure-Ground, Depth Perception, Right/Left Discrimination d. Cognitive problems: Attention, Orientation, Memory, Planning, Organization, Problem- Solving, Judgment/Insight/Awareness, Executive Functions Grading Rubric: Identification of necessary assessments based on underlying impairment areas typical for patient’s condition: You will need to clearly state specific underlying impairment areas related to patient’s condition and corresponding assessments. Assessment areas are specific and not general in nature. Examples of underlying impairments of concern must be stated. I will attach the “Rehabilitation Assessments” file and 4 reading files with information about Motor, Sensory, Perceptual and Cognitive Screening assessments that must be used a references.
