Coupled with this weeks resources on coaching relations, you are equipped to develop an interview guide with 6-8 open-ended questions. Use the guide to interview 3-4 leadership coaches about their coaching aptitude. They could be someone in your organization, community, or church. As you develop the questions, consider asking the coaches/mentor how diversity, cultural background, faith, and stage of life may have affected their relationships with their coachee. After conducting the interview, write a summary of the interviews noting where responses to the interview questions converge and diverge among the coaches. Also, discuss connections you discover among the responses and the weekly resources from this week and last. Conclude your paper with a two-page reflection of what you learned from the interviews. Length: 5-7 pages not including the cover and references pages. Include your interview guide as an appendix to your assignment. References: Include a minimum of 5 scholarly resources The completed assignment should address all of the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
