Write a Brief desсrіption of the salient aspects of the celebrity case study (limit 300 words) Highlight clearly the presenting problems and issues, as well as the relevant background information. (b) Formulate a celebrity case study according to traditional psychoanalytic theory and describe treatment (word limit 1,500) (c) Formulate the same celebrity case according to cognitive-behavioural theory and describe treatment (word limit 1,500) For both Parts B and C, please ensure you: -Cover the key elements of the theory (including the developers) and give a ′state of play′ of the level of evidence in support. -Consider whether there are any controversies or contentious issues about the theory or therapy. -Conceptualize the problem and (if applicable) diagnosis, and what behaviours, symptoms, or other characteristics lead you to your conclusions. For each of the points below, you need to consider how the theoretical framework would explain these mechanisms (not simply listing factors, events and behaviours) -Consider the impact of family and the wider context, and the role that culture plays. Through the lens of each of the theoretical approaches: -Explain how factors from the case might have predisposed this person to the problem/diagnosis -Explain what has precipitated the problem (i.e., what were the triggers?), -Explain what is perpetuating / maintaining the problem (i.e., what is keeping the problem going?) -What attributes or resources does the person have that may assist with their recovery? -Critique your chosen theory’s conceptualization of the problem, particularly if they do not (1) have empirical support or (2) do not account well for cultural issues. -Suggest treatments associated with your selected theoretical approach that might be advisable for this person. -These should flow logically from your case conceptualisation(s) -You must support your conclusions with citations from your reading of the professional literature. -Consider: -How would treatment be planned using your theoretical approach? Keep in mind your conceptualization of the problem and (if applicable) diagnosis (i.e., what are the problems, what is the diagnosis, and what behaviours, symptoms, or other characteristics lead you to your conclusions). -What goals would you have for therapy, and in what ways would you measure whether change had occurred? Consider the impact of family and the wider context, and the role that culture plays. -Are there any issues regarding interventions? -Include discussion of which interventions have been shown to be effective and which have not in the empirical literature for people with this problem (d) Using evidence and the case, compare and contrast these theoretical approaches and treatment (word limit 1,500). -Highlight similarities and differences between the two theoretical approaches -Consider how the strengths and limitations of the two approaches (and the related treatment plans) would best suit the celebrity case -Cultural relevance and context is considered in the above analysis [The case study desсrіption and marking rubric have been attached as separate and additional documents.]
