What are the pros and cons of these decisions. The patient is a 45 year old male with wound sepsis, currently alert and oriented, hypovolaemic with a BP of 95/65. He is normally fit and active with no previous medical or surgical history. OR: 2. You arrive on the ward and you are asked to look after a 45 year old male with wound sepsis, currently alert and oriented, hypovolaemic with a BP of 95/65.
