There are so many resources out there currently on COVID-19, that is difficult to keep track or know which ones you should really be paying attention to for information. Dr. Neil Lamb is a scientist and one of the Directors at the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. He has been my mentor for many years. One of his outreach programs at HudsonAlpha is to take current science and biological events, issues, research, and discoveries and disseminate the information for the general public so that Science is for Everyone.
Dr. Neil Lamb presents Beyond the Blog, a companion to Shareable Science, to help make sense of the science related to the coronavirus COVID-19. This ongoing video series offers easy-to-understand explanations of the science behind the disease, how it spreads, and what scientists are doing to help diagnose and treat the disease. His first video was posted March 24, 2020 and the most recent is from August 9, 2021.
