During your clinical experience, you will be involved with psychiatric evaluations and mental status exams. Please do a write-up utilizing the attached format and submit for grading. If you are not able to do an evaluation on a certain age group, please let me know as we can make substitutions, need to do a total of 4 documents. Your clinical placement and provider may utilize a different approach, which will happen depending on regulations, time, etc.
