Reflection (12 pages) -Imagine yourself as a human resources or I/O psychology professional. What kinds of problems might you encounter during the recruitment, assessment, selection, and retention process? How do you plan to solve the problems? -Based on your research and knowledge, what recommendations might you give to your interviewee to improve their organizations assessment and selection process and promote overall legal compliance during the hiring process?
