Pick a category of victims who have historically been marginalized and/or underserved (this includes any population of victims with one or more barrier to seeking help for social issues relating to family violence). Groups to consider include: the LGBTQ community, male survivors of IPV or sexual assault, victims with disabilities, immigrant survivors and those with limited English proficiency, Native American and Indigenous victims, survivors in rural or economically distressed areas, those living with addiction, victims with criminal histories, etc. Spend time researching your population before beginning this assignment.
