Your discussion of this practice issue should critically discuss the following: 1. discuss social work’s past and current role in addressing your chosen issue 2. discuss the activities a social worker might undertake in applying a critical social work lens to the issue 3. provide an analysis of the benefits and limitations of a critical social work approach to conceptualising and addressing the issue 4. the implications of your reflections for your developing professional practice framework.
