You need to install VENSIM software to draw a causal loop diagram of the conceptual COVID19 model. It is available at https://vensim.com/free-download/ for free of charge.
In this assignment, you need to build a conceptual model of new COVID19 cases in Qatar. It is your mental model and there is no single model to present the spread of COVID19 in the country. As discussed in Module 3, conceptual model building starts with determining the purpose of the system, defining the system boundary, identifying the most important system elements, construct the causal loop diagram with feedback loops, and identify the reinforcing and balancing loop to propose a dynamic hypothesis.
You need to build a conceptual causal loop diagram of a number of COVID19 cases per day in Qatar and develop a conceptual model with at least 5 reinforcing and 5 balancing feedback loops. After, you need to simply explain why that specific loop is reinforcing or balancing.
In the end, please propose some realistic policy recommendations to control the spread of COVID19 in Qatar. Your conceptual model should be build using the VENSIM software with the correct representation of positive (+) and negative (-) polarities.
