Research three different Linux distros and provide a one-page summary with the following:
· Desktop/workstation: This would be a replacement to a traditional Windows PC for tasks like office applications, web browsing and other day-to-day user tasks.
· Server: This would be a high-performance machine dedicated to serving all users at the company for tasks like file/print sharing, email, database, web, and more. Choose one of these for your research.
· Research and Development: The Research and Development (R&D) team is looking to use Linux for some non-traditional computing areas such as IoT, networking, cloud deployment and cybersecurity testing. Choose one of these for your research.
For each distro that you research, be sure to include at least the following:
· Distro Name and web site
· Branch Type (Debian/Ubuntu, Red Hat/Fedora, etc.)
· Kernel Version (major, minor, and revision number)
· CPU Architecture (x86_64, ARM, etc.)
· Package Manager (deb, rpm, etc.)
· Default Desktop (GNOME, KDE, etc.)
· Include a short paragraph for each distro explaining why you chose it
