We’ve been able to generate some dialog regarding both team and individual conditioning programs during this course, but the differences between the two have been merely a footnote in the discussion process. What most of you should understand by this time in the course is just how different the preparation and competitive phases are. The importance of this fact cannot be understated and requires special attention on the part of the strength and conditioning coach.
