There are many examples of improvement projects conducted by healthcare organizations that can be found in the literature and on the Internet. 1. Find an example of one of the following types of projects that was conducted in healthcare: PDSA, RCI, FOCUS-PDCA, FADE, Lean, Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma. 2. Provide a link to the article and provide a brief description of the project. 3. Compare what was done for the project that you identified and the steps outlined in your textbook for that type of project. Was the project successful? Did they follow the correct steps?
