Create an annotated timeline spanning the last century of higher education, noting the formation and evolution of key student retention theories as well as the parallel historical events that shaped both theory and practice. The timeline must include a minimum of 10 annotated events and must be well researched and properly cited. A minimum of 5 scholarly sources must be used. All citations and reference must be in current APA format. The timeline may be created in a PowerPoint, but it must be visually represented as a timeline with annotations ranging from 1–3 paragraphs in length.
