How do you see the trend impacting HRM at your organization? Why do you think that it might benefit your organization? Please be specific as you can, citing examples from your research and knowledge of your company.
The paper should be in the form of a report to your immediate supervisor who has asked for this trend analysis.
You must include a minimum of two significant citations (one from the textbook and one from an outside peer-reviewed scholarly journal article). The articles must be within the last two years. In addition (but not as an alternative), you may include references from the internet including blogs, articles, and videos.
Tips for Success
As a reminder, peer-reviewed (refereed or scholarly) journals include articles written by experts. These articles are reviewed by several other experts in the field before the article is published in the journal in order to ensure the article’s quality. (The article is more likely to be scientifically valid, reach reasonable conclusions, etc.) In most cases, the reviewers do not know who the author of the article is so that the article succeeds or fails on its own merit, not the reputation of the expert.
