Write a conclusion for your PhD titled Cross Domain Leader Identity Development. It′s an exploratory study in which I interviewed 16 national and international sports leaders who have retired from sport into leader positions in business. My findings are very closely related to theory on authentic leadership. I′m looking for help in editing my Literature review and possible some direction on my conclusion.
