In March 2009, The Honourable Kevin Rudd MP signed an agreement outlining the action to be taken by the Australian Government and complementary action to be taken by State/Territory governments to address the gap in health outcomes experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Contained in the document are a list of objectives, outcomes, and outputs; along with performance based benchmarks and indicators. The document is attached (national_partnership.pdf) What the document does not contain is specific information regarding exactly how these expected outcomes, outputs, and indicators would be met.
