My major is Public Administration. This Case Study is for my “Human Resource Management for Public Administration” class. For your HRM Case Study Assignment, each student will be required to write an analysis of a human resources department for a public or non-profit organization (Ex. government entity, non-profit organization). The case study analysis should be between 6 to 8 pages in length and should discuss the major components of their Human Resource departments (benefits, compensation structure, community involvement, engagement, performance management). You will use the material that you researched and the textbook to describe the theories and concepts related to your organization. You will use your knowledge to address the questions posed below. You should use proper citations of any material you gather.
