Write a report on the groups design and implementation of a performance measurement system for a designated organisation/business. This will include how strategic and operational performance have been measured and managed, and how they can be linked together. It should also include some discussion of how the theoretical drawbacks of a Business PMMS could be mitigated or minimised. Most importantly, the assignment should include an understanding of the results of the trading performance of the business, as considered by the performance measurement and management system. This should also include some element of benchmarking against competitor organisations.
