Conduct a waste identification analysis for Healthcare. Seven Waste Operations – Overproduction, waiting, transportation, overprocessing, inventory, movements & defects. For each of the seven categories of waste: 1. Look for and identify an example, with a justification. A photograph of the waste might be helpful. If you believe a particular category of waste is not present in the operations that you are evaluating, explain why you believe this to be so. 2. For each waste that you identify, please also generate one idea for how the waste could be reduced or eliminated.
